Challenge

Schools faced challenges with managing the check-in and check-out process, parent and guardian registration, and overall attendance tracking. Traditional systems were often manual and inefficient, leading to errors, delays, and difficulties in communication between administrators, parents, and guardians. The lack of a streamlined process also made it hard to manage requests and verify information in real-time

Goal

The objective was to create a robust school management system that simplifies the administration of check-ins, check-outs, and the registration process for parents and guardians. The system needed to offer secure login options for different user roles (admin, parent, guardian), automate attendance tracking, and facilitate efficient communication through notifications. Additionally, it aimed to provide a user-friendly interface for managing student records and handling real-time requests and validations.

Result

The School Management System by GlobiziTech Enterprises significantly improved the efficiency of school administrative processes. The system’s automated check-in and check-out procedures, along with real-time notifications, streamlined daily operations and reduced manual errors. Admins can now easily manage parent and guardian registrations, validate requests, and monitor attendance on various timelines. Parents and guardians have a seamless experience in managing their children’s check-ins and check-outs and can quickly register new students. The system has enhanced communication between all parties involved and has been well-received for its ease of use and effective management capabilities.
