Challenge

In many healthcare settings, managing patient flow and doctor schedules can be chaotic and inefficient. Traditional systems often struggle with real-time updates, leading to difficulties in tracking patient appointments, managing doctor availability, and providing timely service. The lack of automated systems for token generation and doctor-patient assignment can result in long waiting times and reduced patient satisfaction. Additionally, scheduling breaks for doctors without disrupting patient service poses a significant challenge.

Goal

The goal was to develop a comprehensive healthcare management system that allowed Super Admins, doctors, and staff members to efficiently log in and perform their respective duties. The system needed to provide secure login mechanisms, the ability to manage user roles, and functionalities such as registering new users, managing patient records, and searching for specific information. The aim was to streamline the healthcare workflow, making patient management more efficient and reducing the risk of errors.

Result

The platform successfully streamlined the management of patient records and user roles within healthcare facilities. Super Admins can now register doctors and staff members, manage user lists, and log out securely. Doctors can easily access patient records, add new patients, and search for specific patients using a search bar. Staff members can efficiently handle patient requests and search for patient information. The implementation of this system has resulted in improved coordination, faster access to information, and enhanced overall efficiency in healthcare management.
